For school-based groups, we work closely with the Jewish schools to agree and confirm expedition dates well in advance. This allows schools to be aware of the dates and plan accordingly.

For Open Groups, we try to schedule expeditions around Bank Holiday weekends and school holidays wherever possible. However, if an expedition does require you to miss a school day, your parent or guardian will need to contact your school directly to request permission for the absence.
