Frequently Asked Question

What is an assessor's report?

Last Updated 7 days ago

An Assessor’s Report is the final and only compulsory piece of evidence you need to complete each of your activity sections.

Your Assessor’s Report can be submitted in a few different ways:

  • Your assessor can complete a report directly online through the DofE website.
  • Alternatively, you can upload a photo or scan of a completed and signed paper Assessor’s Report from your Keeping Track booklet to eDofE.

For your assessor to complete the report online, they will need:

  • Your eDofE ID number, which can be found in the top-left corner of your eDofE profile.
  • The level of your Award (Bronze, Silver or Gold).
  • Details of the activity you have completed.

Your assessor can then visit:

DofE Assessor’s Report

Once submitted, the report will be added to your eDofE profile and reviewed by a member of the DofE team.

Remember: you must have an Assessor’s Report for each activity section before that section can be completed and approved.
