Why is the kit only distributed to each group when all members have arrived?

We distribute the expedition kit once all members of the group have arrived. This allows us to:
- Make sure that everyone in the group is present before the kit is handed out.
- Ensure that the equipment is evenly and fairly distributed between all group members.
- Make sure each participant knows which items they are responsible for carrying.
- Check that the group has received all the equipment they need before setting off.
This helps the group start their expedition organised, prepared and ready to go.
