You will receive an email with the drop-off and expected pick-up times approximately two weeks before your expedition.

Please note that the pick-up time is an estimate and may change depending on how quickly your group completes the expedition and the time it takes to return to the designated pick-up point.

We recommend that parents and guardians allow some flexibility around the expected pick-up time when making arrangements.

We also recommend that parents join the expedition parents’ WhatsApp group, where we will provide updates during the expedition, including information about the group’s progress and any changes to the expected pick-up time.
