It is extremely unlikely and rare that an expedition will need to be cancelled or postponed. However, occasionally this may be necessary due to circumstances such as severe weather or other factors outside of our control.
If an expedition does need to be postponed, we will work closely with your school to reschedule it for the closest available and most suitable date possible.
If you are unable to attend the rescheduled expedition, a refund may be available, depending on the circumstances and our Terms and Conditions. We will provide further information if an expedition needs to be postponed.
